Welcome to West Seattle Shahram! Shahram was born and raised in Iran where he went to high school and received his first Bachelor of Science in Psychology. He immigrated to the United States in 2013 and decided to go back to school for higher education. He was awarded his second Bachelor of Science, cum laude, in Kinesiology with Exercise Science option. During his undergrad experience in California, he was supervised by many professionals in the fields of Kinesiology and Physical Therapy. His fascination with the human body and how many different systems and organs are involved to move the body, led him to the field of Physical Therapy. He likes helping individuals and athletes either to reach their goals on their recovery path or prevent future injuries. He moved to Seattle from Los Angeles in September 2022 to start a new journey while taking more classes in college and preparing for PT school. He is open to different PT specialties but hoping to get more involved with pelvic health, neurology, pediatrics, women’s health, hands & feet related, and geriatric. He speaks English and Farsi, also conversant in Turkish. He knows how to read and write in all these languages plus Arabic. For him, family comes first. He also loves Nutella, baking, his plants, sunset, and snow. In his free time, if he gets any, he enjoys lifting, listening to music of many genres, hiking, and any outdoor activity in nature. He is a professional binge watcher.
