Culture changes everything.

We are a healthcare team of people who care deeply for each other, believe everything is possible, forever curious, and relentlessly pursue our growth together. Our stated goal for ourselves and our clients is to get better!

Driven by our Mission

At the core of our ethos lies our mission: to uplift human potential by fostering individuals' well-being. We are firm believers in nurturing connections and fostering a sense of community, all while cultivating an atmosphere of joy and continuous expansion.

Familiarity

The team at LWPT is approximately 80% people that began at our clinics as a patient, student, an aide, or all three. This gives us a disproportionate advantage in knowing our team’s strengths and weaknesses. It is our mission to give each other the tools to make each other better every step of our career. This is achieved through continuing education, mentor times, community opportunities, admin times, and one-on-one coaching.

Empowerment

We dedicate ourselves to cultivating a nurturing environment that encourages growth and enhances well-being. Through our initiatives in employee leadership and support, we are forging an inclusive and purpose-oriented organization. Our aspiration is to serve as the hub where individuals converge to nurture their development and evolve as inclusive leaders making a positive impact on the world.

Attrition

The consistency and stability of our staff is a real selling point to our physicians, client, and greater community. It is rare that an LWPT opening happens. We are excited to meet you and even if there is not an opening this moment this is a conversation worth starting. The groups growth trajectory is only limited by the partners and teams we build.
